Date Night Babysitting Offered – Encore Dance Studio, located at 429 S.E.?Marlin Ave. in Warrenton, will offer their certified staff to babysit for children age 6 and older from 6 to 10 p.m. tonight so parents can enjoy a Friday Night Date Night. Manzanita Group Sets Pace – The Manzanita Pace Setters is a walk/jog/run club that meets at 7:30 a.m. Saturdays rain, wind or shine in the parking lot behind Spa Manzanita, located at 144 Laneda Ave. To participate, bring one can of food for the North County Food Bank. The self-paced, approximately one-hour course starts and ends at the parking lot, with a new route each week. All active club members will receive 10 percent off massages at the spa. French Conversation Group Convenes – A French conversation group will meet from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday at the North County Recreational District, 36155 Ninth St. in Nehalem. This is a conversation group, not a French class. French will be spoken exclusively the entire two hours. Seaside Lions Hold Paper Drive – The Seaside Lions will hold a paper drive from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday behind the South Clatsop County Food Bank, 880 Avenue A in Seaside. The funds raised will be used by the Seaside Lions in various ways to better the community.

Senior Meals Set – The Warrenton Senior Lunch Program provides a chance to meet new friends and get reacquainted with old friends. Lunch is served at noon Mondays and Thursdays at the Warrenton Community Center, located at 170 S.W. Third St. The cost is $4.
