Hey Goonies, “Mikey Walsh” is coming to town this weekend.

Actor Sean Astin, whose movie credits include “The Goonies” (1985) and “The Lord of the Rings” trilogy (2001-2003), will be in Astoria on Sunday to watch his friend (and Goonies co-star) Corey Feldman perform onstage with Feldman’s band the Truth Movement. Goonies director Richard Donner is also expected to be in attendance.

The concert is a part of the 25th Goonies Anniversary celebration ongoing this entire weekend.

“Corey really gets a lot of credit for bringing (Astin) here,” said Regina Willke of the Astoria-Warrenton Area Chamber of Commerce.

Feldman is excited to bring several of the cast back together, he told The Daily Astorian in a phone interview. The Goonies were like family, he said, and he considers Donner a good friend and mentor.

Three other Goonies cast members will also be in town during the four-day celebration: Jeff Cohen (“Chunk”), Joe Pantoliano (the villain “Francis Fratelli”) and Curt Hanson (the richest man in Astoria, “Mr. Perkins”).
