OLYMPIA – Teachers and counselors from Naselle Youth Camp and interested citizens gave testimony for SB-6039, a bill titled Sentencing for Treatment, before Senator Jim Hargrove and the Human Services and Corrections Committee Tuesday. Senator Hargrove is the chairman of the committee and is from Hoquiam.
