PORTLAND – On Sept. 29, Oregon Business Magazine awarded TLC Federal Credit Union the No. 2 designation in the Medium Organizations category of the 100 Best Nonprofits to Work for in Oregon competition. The awards ceremony took place at the Portland Art Museum and was attended by more than 500 people.
