TILLAMOOK – Dianne Burkhart, senior executive vice president of TLC Federal Credit Union, has announced that Carol Brown has accepted the position of vice president of operations and business development for the Tillamook Branch headquarters.

In her new position, Brown will be responsible for overall branch operations, including business development, membership growth and public relations. She will also provide leadership and supervision for the staff training and development.

Prior to joining the TLC Federal Credit Union staff, Brown served as director for the Tilla-mook County Pioneer Museum and volunteered as a TLC Board member for almost 10 years.

Brown will officially join TLC Sept. 1, and will be instrumental in preparing for the Oct. 13 grand opening of the new Tillamook headquarters, located at 1510 Third Street in Tillamook.
