March 23, 2009WALKER, Laura and Ray Jr., of Astoria, a girl, Isabelle Larae Walker, born at Adventist Medical Center in Portland. Older brother is Trevor Jacobson. Grandparents are Robin Raitanen of Astoria, Patricia and Robert Lopez of Tucson, Ariz., and the late Joyce and Milford Ray Walker Sr. Great-grandmother is the late Donna Takko-Hartman.
