Martin has been a licensed agent since 1971 and passed his brokers license in 1975 and has managed up to 11 offices with 150 agents. He has been a top producer with RE/MAX Equity Group Inc. and a member of the Platinum Club and the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.

Martin’s “Full Service” discount program is a 1 percent listing commission model. Sellers will receive full Multiple Listing Service coverage, maximum Internet exposure, full professional representation, signage, flyers and virtual tours. Sellers are also encouraged to offer 2.25 percent to the agent who represents the buyer.
