Sterling Savings Bank has promoted Gretchen Price-Jolly to manager of its Astoria branch, located at 303 11th St. Price-Jolly was hired in May as customer service manager and promoted to branch manager in September. She previously worked for U.S. Bank of Oregon and Key Title Company and was an assistant to the dean at Eastern Oregon University.

Price-Jolly earned a bachelor’s degree in business/marketing from Eastern Oregon University and a master’s degree from the University of Northern Alabama.

She is involved with the Warrenton Sunrise Rotary, Astoria Regatta and Order of Eastern Star. She is also a board member of the Elgin Opera House. Price-Jolly is a native of Clatsop County and has returned after a several-year sabbatical.
