A public reception is planned from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 13 for “My Face Blew Off in the Wind,” a Mask Show with original written stories created by 150 fifth-grade students of Tillamook’s East Elementary School. The show is at the Tillamook County Pioneer Museum, 2106 Second St.
The masks were made at Bay City Arts Center over the last month, in a program to bring art and theater to Tillamook’s elementary students funded by Tillamook School District No. 9. Ed Armstrong facilitated this grant.
