DUII arrests? At 2:34 a.m. Saturday, Astoria police arrested Galen Zaccary Mickelson, 36, of 1576 Irving Ave., Astoria, for driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving on the first block of West Marine Drive and lodged him at Clatsop County Jail.

? At 2:01 p.m. Saturday, Astoria police arrested Joshua Aaron Odell, 32, of Christmas Valley, for DUII after receiving a report from a man on the 80300 block of Big Cedar Drive that someone in a white Toyota had been passed out in his driveway for 20 minutes.

? At 2:35 p.m. Saturday, a Clatsop County Sheriff’s deputy arrested Antonio Garcia Cruz, 34, of 646 W. Alameda Ave., Astoria, for DUII at 13th Avenue and Queen Street in Seaside.

? At 12:47 a.m. Sunday, Astoria police arrested Gonzalo Garcia Quintana, 32, of Ocean Park, Wash., for DUII in the parking lot of Burger King, 350 Marine Drive, after a report that the driver had an open container of alcohol in his vehicle and seemed impaired. He was taken to the county jail and his two passengers were cited for minor in possession of alcohol.

Hit and run? At 2:10 p.m. Friday, a male was hit by a car while riding a bicycle on Duane Street at 12th Street. Astoria police contacted the victim at Columbia Memorial Hospital and were told the car, described as a “primer” gray Subaru sedan, was driven by a man about 26 years old who left the scene immediately. Astoria police are investigating.

? At 11 p.m. Saturday, a vehicle hit a sign near a convenience store at 318 Olney Avenue and left the scene. Astoria police are investigating the incident as felony hit and run.

Assault? At 10:54 a.m. Saturday, Astoria police responded to a report from a woman who said her daughter had been assaulted on the first block of Nimitz Drive. Police arrested Leland James Wilson, 31, of 14 Halsey Road, for fourth-degree assault, first-degree kidnapping and interfering with a police report.
