SEASIDE – The Lanai At The Cove, located at 3140 Sunset Blvd. in Seaside, has undergone more than $600,000 in renovations, which included a new roof, new siding, new molding, new energy-efficient windows and lighting, refurbished signage, a fresh coat of paint and new floodlights for night ocean viewing.

The Lanai At The Cove in Seaside was built in late 1959 and early 1960 as a motel, but is now operated as a condominium hotel/motel. There are 21 oceanfront units and four poolside units for rent, each individually owned and decorated.

To celebrate the grand reopening, the Lanai has rolled back prices to 1960s levels, when the Lanai was first opened. The second night stay is offered at $12 plus tax, when guests stay the first night at the regular season’s rate.
