Two celebrate 20 years of service at Wauna Federal Credit Union

Randy Brackman, Chief Compliance Officer and Debi Smiley, Chief Operations Officer and Executive Vice President will soon celebrate 20 years of service at Wauna Federal Credit Union.

“They say change is the only constant. In the twenty years that I have been with Wauna Federal Credit Union, I have been a part of positive change for the membership from the addition of three branches and diversity of products offered such as on-line banking and bill pay. To know I was part of a great team that made this possible is extremely rewarding.” Randy Brackman

Debi Smiley said she looks forward to continued work with Wauna.

 “I am amazed that it has been 20 years since I started my journey at Wauna Federal Credit Union.  I have truly enjoyed being a part of the Wauna Federal Team both as a co-employee and a member.  I appreciate the opportunity to give back to the communities that have given so much to me and I look forward to many more years,” she said.

In other Wauna news, its employees named Danea Passmore as the Employee of the Quarter. Passmore is Clatskanie Operations Manager and was chosen by a vote of her peers.

Wauna Marketing Manager Aimee Hunter said Passmore was chosen because she is always professional and pleasant, and a team player.

“She thinks outside the box when solving problems,” Hunter said, “and makes time for everyone even when she is extremely busy.”

The Employee of the Quarter receives a gift basket and can choose between an extra paid day off, or $100.
