John L. Scott Real Estate opens a franchise office in Seaside

SEASIDE – J. Lennox Scott, the chairman and chief executive officer of John L. Scott Real Estate, announced the opening of a franchise office in Seaside April 15. The office will be home to eight brokers.

Mark Youso, owner and principal broker, previously operated another real estate branch out of the same office. “As a company, we are all extremely excited to work within the John L. Scott family and it’s especially rewarding since they are based in the Pacific Northwest.”

Sales Manager Allan Erickson said, “We would like to expand our reach to more North Coast communities like Warrenton and Astoria, and John L. Scott puts us in a great position to do that when the time is right.”
