WARRENTON – Seaside High School student and Clatsop Indian native Charlotte Basch gave a presentation last Thursday at Ft. Clatsop about her tribe to Lori Simonsen’s fourth-grade class from Seaside Heights Elementary.

Basch showed pictures and talked about her great-great grandmother, Celiast, who was a Clatsop Indian, and spoke of how the natives survived before the coming of the white man.
