Lois Thompson Adams, 90, of Portland, died Saturday, Dec. 15, 2007, in Portland.

She was born Feb. 10, 1917, in Astoria, to Jalmar and Minnie Thompson.

She married John Q. Adams. He preceded her in death.

Mrs. Adams was a high school graduate who attended nursing school for two years. She was a bookkeeper and “one-woman-office” for many companies, including her husband’s construction company, Condesco Construction.

She is survived by a son, Gary Norbraten of Portland.

She was preceded in death by a son, Gil Norbraten.

No service will be held.
