Restaurant sanctioned for liquor violation

WARRENTON – The Oregon Liquor Control Commission has sanctioned Pizza Hut, 113 S. Highway 101, in Warrenton, because two employees failed to verify the age of a minor before selling him/her alcohol during a March 17 Clatsop County law enforcement compliance check.

The violation will result in a $1,650 civil penalty or a 10-day suspension. The licensee is Pacific Coast Investments Inc.; David Riemer, president; Nancy Riemer, vice president; and Randal Detra, secretary.
