SEASIDE – The Rivertide Suites Hotel, located at 102 N. Holladay Drive in Seaside, will hold an open house from 1 to 6 p.m. Sunday and from 1 to 6 p.m. Oct. 7 to celebrate the hotel’s opening.

Food and beverages will be provided, as will balloons for the children. Tours will be conducted every 15 minutes.
