SEASIDE – Rivertide Suites, located along the Necanicum River, close to the beach and adjacent to the Seaside Civic and Convention Center in Seaside, opens Aug. 17. The all-suite hotel will be available for families and business travelers.

The hotel will offer two meeting rooms that hold up to 70 people. A variety of catering services will be available to accommodate most groups. The property is pet-friendly and 100 percent nonsmoking.

An indoor pool/spa, exercise facility, game room, business center and a hearth room are available. Complimentary breakfast will be served daily in the Great Room. The rooftop features the area’s only crow’s nest for views of the Pacific Ocean and the coastal mountain range.

The suites offer a variety of river, mountain and ocean views with private balconies. Each suite has a full kitchen and comes fully stocked with cookware, silverware and dishes. The units also have fireplaces, jetted tubs, pillow-top mattresses, cable TV and DVD players. Wi-Fi and high speed internet access is available in all suites and throughout the hotel. All rooms will provide bathrobes and slippers for guest use.

Rivertide Suites is a condominium hotel development. Each individual suite is available for purchase as a vacation home, but not as a permanent residence. All the suites are fully furnished, maintained and managed on-site. Nearly 60 percent of the units are under contract or sold.
