Gib and Kitty Munro, of Naselle, Wash., announce the engagement of their daughter, Leslie Munro, of Hammond, to David Ramsey, also of Hammond. He is the son of Stacey Killeen of Phoenix, Ariz.

The bride-to-be attended Astoria High School. She works for Wells Fargo Bank.

The prospective groom attended La Center (Wash.) High School. He is in the U.S. Coast Guard.

A March 8 wedding is planned.
