Put a little wine in your walk this weekend
Published 5:00 pm Wednesday, May 9, 2007
Its all about la dolce vita in May in Seaside. May 12 is when the sweet stuff will flow through the streets of Seaside, with about a dozen businesses hosting wineries from all over Oregon in the twice yearly Seaside Downtown Wine Walk.
Red banners will be in various places around town, which signals to visitors that a business is hosting one of the vino makers. There will be live entertainment in some spots, complimentary hors doeuvres, and the $5 admission ID bracelets come with a commemorative logo wineglass. The bracelets and glasses can be purchased at Carousel Mall, 300 Broadway, from 1-7 p.m.; Salmonberry Square, 810 Broadway, from 2:30-6:30 p.m. and at Ernst & Ernst Collectors Gallery, 15 Broadway, from 2:30-6:30 p.m. The Wine Walk runs from 3-7 p.m.
