The 60th wedding anniversary of Melvin and Betty Westhoven of Seaside will be celebrated as a quiet day at home with the family. They were married Sept. 14, 1946, at the Kenmore Christian Church, in Akron, Ohio. They have two children, Paul Westhoven of Parker, Colo., and Beth Asmann of Portland.
