DUII arrests? At 1:21 a.m. Sunday, Seaside police arrested Retta Penne Erhler Boyd, 58, of 312 No. 10 N. Holladay Drive, for driving under the influence of intoxicants at 30 N. Prom.

? At 12:33 a.m. Friday, Seaside police arrested Christian Mychal Louis, 25, of 869 Fifth Avenue in Seaside, for DUII at 3581 Highway 101 N. in Gearhart.

? At 10:42 p.m. Sunday, Seaside police arrested Shannon Michael McDaniel, 43, of Redmond, for DUII at 401 S. Roosevelt Drive.

? At 6:02 p.m. Monday, Seaside police arrested Richard William Harris, 34, of 521 Beach Drive, at Avenue E and South Beach Drive for DUII, driving with a suspended license, refusing a breath test, making an unlawful or unsignaled turn and on a warrant for fourth-degree assault.

? At 12:12 a.m. Saturday, Oregon State Police arrested Richard D. Crain, 42, of Portland, for DUII after stopping him for being at Fort Stevens State Park after hours and for driving on the wrong side of the road.

Burglary? At 3:43 a.m. Sunday, Seaside police arrested Thomas Allen Frame, 58, of an unknown address, for second-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief and third-degree theft after he allegedly broke into Wheel Fun Rentals at 21 N. Columbia St. The only damage was to the window, and totaled $250.

Criminal mischief? At 9:46 a.m. Sunday, Seaside police responded to Montero Sisters Fabric at 130 S. Holladay Drive, where an unknown person had put Superglue into the door locks. Damage was estimated at $425.

Attempting to elude a police officer ? At 2:12 p.m. Monday, Oregon State Police attempted to stop Ilya Yuri Bogdanov, 22, of Vancouver, Wash., for speeding on U.S. Highway 26, 10 miles east of the Cannon Beach junction. According to OSP, instead of stopping, Bogdanove took off toward the southbound exit for U.S. Highway 101, then made a U-turn and headed north on 101, but had to stop near the junction with 26 because of heavy traffic and other police officers in the area. He was arrested with the help of Seaside police and taken to Clatsop County Jail, where he was charged with attempting to elude a police officer, reckless endangerment and reckless driving.

Assault arrests? At 10:23 a.m. Monday, Astoria police responded to a disturbance at Steven’s Fine Clothing, 1197 Commercial St., Astoria, after checking on a 9-1-1 call that was abandoned. Police contacted the woman who made the call and the store’s owner, Andrew Steven Kustura, 55. Kustura was arrested for fourth-degree domestic assault and taken to Clatsop County Jail, where he was given a conditional release because of overcrowding. The DART (Domestic Assault Response Team) was dispatched to assist the victim.

? At 8:04 p.m. Monday, Warrenton police arrested Marshall Winfield Lanier, 44, address unknown, for fourth-degree domestic assault after a woman reported he had assaulted her in the 300 block of Skipanon Drive. He was also charged with harassment and strangulation and lodged at the county jail.
