SEASIDE – The Clatsop Association of Realtors will have a member luncheon at noon July 25 at McKeown’s Restaurant, 714 Broadway in Seaside. Immediate past president of Oregon Association of Realtors, Cynthia Balzola, will speak. Subjects covered will be OAR HOME Foundation, ongoing OAR projects, upcoming legislative issues and Oregon Real Estate Agency governance proposals. Realtor members may receive one hour of continuing education credit.

The lunch features a choice of a ham and smoked Swiss cheese sandwich, a veggie ranch wrap or a chicken salad croissant sandwich. For reservations, call Doris Strumme at 738-3400 before July 21. Cost is $12, payable at the door.
