On March 27, I and a few of my friends went to Astoria to look for the locations of where they filmed Goonies. We started downtown blasting Good Enough by Cindy Lauper and had an absolute ball the whole time through.

The residents laughed as we drove by, the people at the stores and bowling alley were very friendly and helpful in providing us with information for our trip and I enjoyed the historical value of a lot of the sites as well (including the county jail and the old museum). This trip was awesome,

Astoria is a great city and a beautiful place and I hope to return again.
