The husband and wife team are previously from Hillsboro. Judy has 28 years of banking experience, and Fred has many years experience in community and workforce development. First Capital Group is a member of the Tillamook Chamber of Commerce.
The company assists businesses and individuals purchase or refinance real estate. Type of loans available include, conventional, construction, government, commercial and land loans. The company also provides loans for those with high or low credit, and offers loans with a low or no down payment.
Judy said her group offers more lending options than a bank, including loans for manufactured homes and condominiums.
“We are problem solvers,” she said.
“It is all about helping people,” Fred added.
Judy can also assist people from outside the state; she is a licensed professional in Oregon, Washington, California and soon to be licensed in Idaho.
