WHEELER – Tickets for the second annual Rinehart Clinic Sand Dollar Auction are now on sale. The auction will be held Sept. 16 at the Nehalem Bay Winery.

Master of Ceremonies and auctioneer Brian Bressler will return to host the party this year. Food and refreshments will be provided again by Marcie Russo of The Big Wave, Jacob Burden of Currents and Julie Barker of Bread & Ocean.
