William and Barbara Worth of Lake Chelan, Wash., announce the engagement of their daughter, Kate Worth of Corona Del Mar, Calif., to Chad Coluccio of Corona Del Mar. He is the son of Bob and Terry Coluccio of Costa Mesa, Calif.

The bride-to-be is a 1997 graduate of Astoria High School and a 2001 graduate of the University of Washington. She works as an account manager for American President Lines.

The groom-to-be is a 1996 graduate of Newport Harbor High School and a 2000 graduate of Southern Methodist University. He is employed by George Smith Partners as a commercial real estate broker.

A Sept. 3, 2006 wedding is planned.
