Health Tip of the Week: Obsessive-compulsive personality disorder (OCPD)

OCPD is different than OCD. People suffering from this personality disorder are perfectionists and have a constant preoccupation with rules, routine, patterns and orderliness. They feel the need to control themselves, others and their environment. They focus on details and make lists; they are rigid and have difficulty expressing emotions.

People with OCPD do not have obsessions and compulsions like those with OCD.
