Disturbances At 5:02 p.m. Friday, the Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office and Oregon State Police responded to a domestic dispute inside a vehicle parked beside a residence in the 92000 block of Wireless Road in rural Astoria. The man and woman involved were James Herbert Cunningham, 33, and April Ione Zorich, 21, both of Astoria. Cunningham fled the scene. A trooper found him hiding in a nearby culvert. He was arrested for two counts of fourth-degree assault, driving with a suspended license and on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a previous charge. Zorich was arrested for interfering with a police officer. Both were lodged at Clatsop County Jail. Zorich was later released.

At 12:33 a.m. Saturday, Astoria police responded to a noise complaint at a residence in the 100 block of Bond Street and cited Ashley Amanda Mundel, 19, for furnishing alcohol to minors. She was cited and released at Clatsop County Jail.

Resisting arrest At 3:18 p.m. Saturday, Astoria police stopped Brian Robert Garner, 30, address unknown, on West Marine Drive at the entrance to the Astoria Bridge, and arrested him on an outstanding warrant. He was also cited at Clatsop County Jail for fourth-degree assault, resisting arrest and criminal mischief.

DUII arrests At 9:36 p.m. Friday, Warrenton police responded to a report of an SUV hitting another SUV in the parking lot of the Warrenton Mini Mart. Police arrested Theresa Ann Fattori, 40, of 630 N.W. 13th St., Warrenton, for driving under the influence of intoxicants and took her to Clatsop County Jail, where she was cited and released.

At 6:04 p.m. Sunday, a Clatsop County Sheriff’s deputy, responding to a citizen’s complaint about a possibly intoxicated driver, stopped a vehicle on U.S. Highway 30 at Big Creek Bridge, and arrested Greg Leo Henley, 52, of Vancouver, Wash., for DUII, reckless endangering, giving false information and driving with a suspended license. He was also wanted on an outstanding warrant. Henley was lodged at Clatsop County Jail.

At 10:27 p.m. Sunday, Astoria police arrested Christopher John Osburn, 23, of 145 Second St., Astoria, for DUII at Fourth Street and Marine Drive. He was cited and released at Clatsop County Jail.

At 8:48 p.m. Wednesday, Seaside police arrested Clint Walker Nelson, 34, of Vancouver, Wash., for driving under the influence of intoxicants in the 200 block of N. Holladay Drive.

At 11:30 p.m. Thursday, Gearhart police arrested Marc T. Wohosky, 31, of 810 S. Holladay Drive, No. 18, for DUII, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, driving with a suspended license and driving uninsured at U.S. Highway 101 Milepost 18.5 in Gearhart.

At 12:40 a.m. Sunday, Seaside police arrested Maynard Eugene Tye, 51, of Kent, Wash., for DUII at N. Roosevelt Drive and Third Avenue.

At 1:07 a.m. Monday, Seaside police arrested Katie Melissa Erickson, 27, address unknown, for DUII at the Relief Pitcher Tavern at 2759 S. Roosevelt Drive.

Traffic offense At 8:43 p.m. Friday, a red car was reported to have flipped over on the east side of U.S. Highway 101 near the Del Rey exit. The driver, Michael John Lyly, 19, of Warrenton, was arrested the next day on a probation violation and for attempting to elude a police officer. He was cited and released at Clatsop County Jail.

Vandalism At 7:05 a.m. Saturday, a resident of the 600 block of Klaskanine Avenue told Astoria police someone used rocks to break three windows in his garage and dented the top of his car. At 8:20 a.m., a resident of the 500 block of McClure reported someone threw big rocks into her doorless garage and broke a window on her car.

Theft At 3:57 p.m. Saturday, a man reported a male took a $268 digital camera from his daughter’s backpack at Astoria High School.
