SEASIDE- Folk-pop artist Bebo Norman brings his headline tour in support of his fourth CD, “Try,” to the North Coast Family Fellowship, 2245 N. Wahanna Road, at 7 p.m. Saturday.

Norman said “I’ve never been as excited about one of my records as I am about ‘Try,’ and the reason is simple … I think I’ve rediscovered the joy of songwriting with this new project. The songs are very simple, very straightforward, and more than ever, at the heart of where God has me right this minute in this life that I feel so blessed to live.”

Touring with Norman are Shawn McDonald and Sarah Kelly.

Norman was nominated for Songwriter of the Year for the 2004 Dove Awards. His song, “Great Light of the World,” was nominated for Song of the Year for two consecutive Dove Awards (2003 and 2004).
