The Depot offers Asian dining experience

SEAVIEW, Wash. – The Depot Restaurant presents an Asian Fusion Dinner, prepared by sous chef Cleveland Graham, at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 10. Graham came to The Depot from Seattle’s W Hotel Earth & Ocean Restaurant, and has much experience in creating Asian gourmet dining experiences.

The three-course meal consists of Ahi Tuna Ton Katsu with sesame pea vines and ginger Beurre Noisette, baby spinach salad with shaved Bonito flakes and mint-basil vinaigrette, and a choice of soy-mirin rice wine-glazed salmon with a togarashi rice cake and miso braised vegetables or hoisin-glazed flank steak on yakisoba noodles with roasted wild mushroom-dashi sauce. Dessert is roasted Asian pear vol-au-vent topped with green tea ice cream. In honor of the special occasion, sake selections have been added to The Depot’s wine menu.
