The Astoria Library Friends Association Board has undergone some changes with President Laurie Caplan’s resignation. Susan Bartlett, Marge Bloomfield, Ella Hill, Barry Kolek, Bob Kost and Joan Masat have agreed to form an interim board to serve until February 2005, although they still must be elected. They will support a book sale, arrange for the annual meeting and provide structure for the board. At the annual meeting in February, a board will be selected.
