Oregon Tilth conference celebrates sustainable agriculture

PORTLAND – Oregon Tilth, the nonprofit organization responsible for setting organic produce standards and supporting biologically sound and socially equitable agriculture, celebrates its 30th anniversary with a conference Nov. 12 through 14.

The Tilth conference will be an opportunity to compare notes, celebrate accomplishments and further strengthen the sustainable agriculture movement in the Pacific Northwest. Keynote speakers Jim Hightower and Vandana Shiva will provide their perspectives on agricultural movements in North America and around the world.
