PORTLAND – By Oregon law, anyone planning an excavation project must call the Oregon Utility Notification Center’s 24-hour toll-free number at (800) 332-2344.

1. Call the One-Call Center at least two business days before beginning your digging project. The center will notify the facility operators involved.
2. Wait for the location of lines to be marked with color-coded paint.
