Encore Dance Studio presents “The Polar Express” at 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 13 at the Liberty Theater, 1203 Commercial St., Astoria. Admission is $8, or bring a canned food donation and get in for $5. “The Polar Express” features tap dancing reindeer and a train filled with pajama-clad children on their way to the North Pole to see Santa Claus. As the train makes its way through a forest, the children encounter skunks and bunnies and see the Northern LIghts. At the North Pole the train is met by Hip Hop elves.
