TLC Federal Credit Union is preparing to construct a new facility at N.W. 36th Street and U.S. Highway 101 in Lincoln City, on approximately a one-acre site. The new facility will be a two-story building with approximately 7,000 square feet on the main level and approximately 2,000 square feet on the upper level. TLC will occupy approximately 4,000 square feet of the main level, with the balance being leased to First American Title Insurance of Oregon.
The project will feature a covered drive-thru with ATM and parking for 35 cars, said June Ford, marketing director. The site will be landscaped with native plants and N.W. 36th and N.W. Port streets will be improved on the credit union site area, Ford said. Construction is anticipated to start in late April with an opening date of September 2003.
