Shier Funeral Set – A funeral for Patricia A. Shier, 70, of Edmonds, Wash., is set for 2 p.m. Monday at the Peninsula Church Center in Long Beach, Wash., followed by a graveside service. Mrs. Shier died Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2002 in Bellevue, Wash. Viewing is from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Penttila’s Chapel by the Sea in Long Beach.
